i. M.A (Special Education) / M.Sc (Psychology) in 1st Division or Grade B OR M.Ed. (Special Education) in st Division or Grade B from a recognized University.
ii. One year Diploma in Speech Therapy from recognized Institution.

21 to 28 + 05 Years General Age Relaxation in Upper Age Limit vide Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 04-11-2006 = 33 Years on
13-10-2015.
Female Candidates:
21 to 28 + 08 Years General Age Relaxation in Upper Age Limit vide Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012 = 36 Years on
13-10-2015.

(CASE NO. 11 - RG / 2015) RECRUITMENT TO (65) SIXTY FIVE (INCLUDING 01 POST RESERVED FOR DISABLED, 03 POSTS FOR MINORITIES AND 9 POSTS FOR WOMEN QUOTA) POSTS OF PSYCHOLOGIST (BS-17) ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR THE PERIOD OF 05 YEARS IN THE SPECIAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT.
1. QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc in Psychology or Applied Psychology (Second Division) or Grade-C) from a recognized University.
2. AGE:
Male Candidates:
21 to 35 + 05 Years General Age Relaxation in Upper Age Limit vide Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 04-11-2006 = 40 Years on
13-10-2015.
Female Candidates:
21 to 35 + 08 Years General Age Relaxation in Upper Age Limit vide Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012 = 43 Years on
13-10-2015.

6. SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN TEST: Equal to Master’s Degree in the field of Psychology / Applied Psychology.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Applicants are required to submit ONLINE Application Forms by the Closing Date which is 13-10-2015. Candidates should fill the online form carefully for which detailed guidelines and instructions have been given on Punjab Public Service Commission's website www.ppsc.gop.pk. Editing options, to correct any data, will be available to the candidates till the last date of submission of online applications. Applications other than ONLINE will not be accepted.
2. Candidates will have to deposit Rs:300/- for Sr. No. 189 and Rs:400/- for Sr. No. 190, 191, 192 & 193 under head:“C02101-ORGANIZATIONS OF STATE-EXAMINATION FEE REALIZED BY THE PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION”, in any Branch of State Bank of Pakistan or National Bank of Pakistan or Government Treasury before the closing date and receipt number will be mentioned in the Online Application Form. Original Receipt will be produced at the time of Written Test, Interview/ Viva voce without which candidates will not be allowed to appear in the Test, Interview / Viva voce. Original Receipt will be retained by PPSC for record purposes.
3. Disabled candidates intending to appear in the Punjab Public Service Commission’s tests / examinations are exempted of application / examination fee.
4. HARD COPY of ON-LINE Application Form is not required for the posts BS-17 and below.
